Vida Mansa products values a strict quality control in the fabrication of products to guarantee your satisfaction such as your pet’s! In case of manufacturing defect, we will be happy to assist you in clarifying and solving any inconvenience. If it is the case, replacement of parts or of the products will be accomplished when defects in material or fabrication are found after Vida Mansa’s technical evaluation. We are not responsible for natural detrition, or for any damage resulting from accident or improper maintenance and / or use. The perforation of the paint, either by fall or by interference of yearther material and / or object, may cause premature oxidation of the product, in which case the warranty will remain without effect.

We suggest that you observe all the recommendations contained in the user guides that accompany each product, also available on our website, so this will last longer!

Warranty Periods: The warranty periods of Vida Mansa products are as set out below, already considered the legal guarantee term. Keep your invoice for purchasing the products, as it will prove the coverage beginning and its end!

Small breeds’ drinking-water dispenser: 01 (one) year from the purchase date.

Large breeds’ drinking-water dispenser: 06 (six) months from the purchase date.

Small Breeds’ feeders: 01 (one) year from the purchase date.
